As part of a global community, its guiding principles include the oneness of humanity, the equality of women and men, the harmony of religion and science as well as the elimination of all forms of prejudice. Its aim is to break down barriers of race, culture, and nationality, to bring about an interconnected and interdependent society who share universal values. Alongside its community building efforts, the Baha\u2019i Faith works with other likeminded people and organisations to bring about positive social change.<\/p>\n<p>Within the last 100 years, Baha\u2019is in Australia have worked alongside other Australians from all walks of life, learning how to contribute to the advancement of Australian society, as well as learning how to contribute to improving the communities and neighbourhoods in which they live in.
